Born in San Pedro de Marcoris in The Dominican Republic, rapper, Arianna Puello is known for being unapologetically feminist and black and exploring this in all of her music. The woman participated in a UNICEF-supported programme to prevent mother-to-child transmission of HIV (PMTCT).     The result? Her daughter is HIV-negative. Amazing.
