garlic noodles for when I crave Chinese...I swapped a couple ingredients based on what I had (used rice wine vinegar and green peppers instead of oyster sauce and green onions). The swaps probably weren't comparable, but the dish was really good!
My favorite way to eat zucchini. I cut them in half instead of wedges as the ingredient usually stay on better. I usually skip the garlic too, just because my husband isn't a garlic lover (unlike me!). Garlic Lemon and Parmesan Oven Roasted Zucchini
