Berries Sorbet: 1 c. each fresh blackberries, raspberries, blueberries & 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 cups water, + zest & juice of 1 lemon. Bring all ingredients to a boil over medium high heat, then reduce & simmer 10 mins. Remove from heat & cool. Puree until smooth in a blender, strain through fine mesh cloth, process in an ice cream machine according to the instructions.
