    Made this quiche. It is delicious. Used a Marie Callender frozen pie crust. Baking it ahead of filling it, I used one layer of aluminum foil and ended up with a big bubble in the center of the crust, which threw off the filling. Did use about 1.25 cup of shredded swiss cheese since the package I had was 1.5 cup. Liked the more cheese. And 5 slices of bacon instead of 4. Times for baking were accurate. Two thumbs up.
