Individual Seven-Layer Dips

Makes 8 cups

Produce

1/2 bunch Green onions
2 Roma tomatoes

Canned Goods

1 (16 ounce) can Refried beans

Condiments

1 cup Guacamole or make homemade guacamole
1 (2.25 ounce) can Olives
1 cup Salsa or pico de gallo, chunky

Baking & Spices

1 (1 ounce) package Taco seasoning

Snacks

1 Tortilla chips

Dairy

1 cup Cheddar or mexican blend cheese
1 (8 ounce) container Sour cream

Other

8 (9 ounce) plastic tumblers

Good stuff!! I used this recipe to make one large dip rather than individual servings. I mixed taco seasoning into the sour cream & used homemade guac (minus the onion and tomatoes). Be sure to drain the salsa so it doesn't get watery. I topped with lettuce, olives, green onions, and diced tomatoes.

Individual 7-layer dip cups!!! YAY! Fun idea! Also like the idea of setting out the cups and ingredients separate so people can customize them.

Fun Finger Foods - Cut 1 cm off the cherry tomatoes, remove the seeds. Fil w/ the tomatoe tapenade and finish w/a mini mozzarella ball. Put on a skewer. In a small bowl, mix the x virg olive oil, lemon zest & parsley. Roll the skewers in the oil, put in a serving vase or platter.

Cute little idea! 7 layer dip appetizer for guests. So everybody isn't huddled around one spot! I could also put my taco dip in this...I likey
