Individual Seven-Layer Dip! I love this idea for a family gathering it would be great in small cups.
Good stuff!! I used this recipe to make one large dip rather than individual servings. I mixed taco seasoning into the sour cream & used homemade guac (minus the onion and tomatoes). Be sure to drain the salsa so it doesn't get watery. I topped with lettuce, olives, green onions, and diced tomatoes.
Fun Finger Foods - Cut 1 cm off the cherry tomatoes, remove the seeds. Fil w/ the tomatoe tapenade and finish w/a mini mozzarella ball. Put on a skewer. In a small bowl, mix the x virg olive oil, lemon zest & parsley. Roll the skewers in the oil, put in a serving vase or platter.
Cute little idea! 7 layer dip appetizer for guests. So everybody isn't huddled around one spot! I could also put my taco dip in this...I likey
