    Healthy Egg and Chips Serves 4 -Syn free on EE Ingredients: 500g potatoes, diced 1 red onion, cut into wedges 2 tsp dried crushed oregano 200g mushrooms 4 eggs Method: Heat oven fan 180C. Tip potatoes into a large, roasting tin sprayed with FryLight, sprinkle over oregano, mix together. Bake for 15 mins, add mushrooms, cook for 10 mins until the potatoes are browned. Make four gaps in veggies crack an egg into each space. Return to the oven for 5 mins or until the eggs are cooked
