Simple but powerful. I have loved working with wood blocks and simple collage or sponged acrylic with a little water mixed in over the top of a very light wash of primer so the wood grain shows up even more clearly.

I think this looks like me? Pretty sure it's the nose.

I like the idea of printing out a gradient color like this, and photographing it with my Instax

this is probably not the best example, but I like the concept of mixing hand lettering with standard type. I think that it would probably "read" pretty well if the branding doesn't render perfectly onto the piece of wood.
