    2 cups Chickpeas
    7 tsp Coriander
    1/2 cup Dried apricots
    2 cloves Garlic

    Canned Goods

    1 cup Chicken stock


    1 tbsp Honey

    Pasta & Grains

    1 cup Couscous, dried

    Baking & Spices

    1 tsp Cinnamon

    Nuts & Seeds

    1/4 cup Almonds
