Single Serving, One-Minute Chocolate Cake: 1 T. plus 2 t. cocoa powder 3 T. almond or coconut flour 1/8 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp baking powder stevia to taste 1 T. coconut oil (Edit: many commenters have said it still tastes good if you sub applesauce or mashed banana. But I can’t personally vouch for the results if you make that substitution.) 3 T. coconut milk 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
Chocolate Triffle (my mom introduced me to this, but she calls it Punch Bowl Dessert and uses 1 choc cake mix, 3 small cool whip containers - can dye with food coloring, 3 small pkgs instant choc pudding, 4.5 cups milk and Heath candy bars, 8 or more, crushed. Layer cake, pudding then cool whip and candy three times; end with candy sprinkled on top).
