    Apple Lasagna 8 lasagna noodles 2-21oz cans apple pie filling 2c-8oz shredded Cheddar cheese 1c ricotta cheese 1 lg egg, beaten 1/4c granulated sugar 6T all-purpose flour 1/2t ground cinnamon 3T butter 6T light or dark brown sugar 1/4c quick oats Dash of ground nutmeg Cook noodles Mix together Cheddar cheese ricotta cheese egg & sugar Place 4 noodles on bottom Spread 1 can pie filling/ add remaining noodles Top w/ filling /mix flour cinnamon butter brown sugar, oats Sprinkle on top Bake 45 min

    Chocolate Eclair Cake / 14.4oz graham crackers / 2-4 serving pkgs vanilla instant pudding mix / 3 c milk /1-12-oz container frozen whip topping, thawed. Line bottom of graham crackers. Whisk together pudding mix & milk; add whipped topping, stirring until mixture thickens. Spread half of pudding mix over graham crackers in baking dish. Repeat layers with one-third of graham crackers and remaining pudding mixture. Top with remaining graham crackers. Spread chocolate frosting. Cover & chill.

    Hollow out apples and bake with cinnamon and sugar inside. After its done baking, fill with ice cream and carmel. Sounds amazing!!

    Strawberry cream cheese cobbler 1/2 cup butter •1 egg, lightly beaten •1 cup milk •1 cup flour •1 cup sugar •2 tsp baking pwdr •1/2 tsp salt • 2 quarts strawberries, washed & capped • 4 oz. cream cheese, cut in small pieces Preheat oven to 350 F. Melt butter & pour into a 9x13 baking dish. In a small bowl, mix egg, milk, flour, sugar, baking powder & salt. Pour over the butter, but do not stir. Add the strawberries & cream cheese pieces. Bake for 45 minutes, or until top is golden.

    STRAWBERRIES & CREAM SWISS ROLL / 3oz Self Raising Flour 3 Eggs (separated) Pinch of Salt 3oz Sugar / Few drops Vanilla FILLING / Carton Cream (whipped) 8-10 Strawberries (chopped) / Sugar / Put egg whites in bowl & add pinch of salt / Beat until stiff / Add sugar & beat / beat in egg yolks until thick / add vanilla / Spread in pan & Bake for 10 min / Roll cake up from its longest edge with paper inside. Let cool / spread whipped cream & strawberries / roll up / dust with sugar / EAT!!! YUM!

    PEACH COBBLER: heat oven to 425 degrees. Combine peaches, 1/4c white sugar, 1/4c brown sugar, 1/4 t cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, & cornstarch. Toss, coat evenly, Pour into baking dish. Bake for 10 min. Combine flour, 1/4c white sugar, 1/4c brown sugar, baking powder, & salt. Blend in butter, until mixture is crumbly. Stir in water until just combined. Remove peaches from oven, drop spoonfuls of topping over them. Sprinkle cobbler with sugar cinnamon mix. Bake until golden, 30 minutes.
