Bonnie Parker mug shots, April, 1932, captured after botched robbery, acquitted in June for lack of evidence, released from jail she quickly reunited with Clyde. Although this photo was identified as Bonnie, apparently it's her sister, Billie Jean. She often rode with B & C but was not involved in their crimes.

Bonnie Parker. She did have that kind of "bad girl" thing going on, especially for the early 1930's. Many people do not realize that, not only did Bonnie never kill anybody, she never even fired a gun during any of their crimes. V
(Bonnie Clyde) - Bonnie Elizabeth Parker (October 1, 1910 – May 23, 1934) and Clyde Chestnut Barrow (March 24, 1909 – May 23, 1934) were well-known outlaws, robbers, and criminals who traveled the Central United States with their gang during the Great Depression.
Bonnie Parker - During the height of the Great Depression, she and Clyde robbed banks and store owners in a rural America ravaged by farm foreclosures and bankruptcies. At the time of their death, their gang was also believed responsible for murders, kidnappings, abductions, and woundings. Rowena, TX MESSED WITH TEXAS!! :/
Infamous: Half of the notorious Bonnie and Clyde, Bonnie Parker became one of America's most famous outlaws. She and partner Clyde Barrow robbed banks and small businesses, leaving a bloody train of murder victims in their wake.
Bonnie Parker (Bonnie and Clyde) strikes a pose with 1932 Ford V-8 B-400 convertible sedan. She was a flame that burned bright but for a short time. She died at the age of 23.
Bonnie Parker (10-1-1910 – 5-23-1934) and her partner, Clyde Barrow (3-24-1909 – 5-23- 1934) were outlaws who traveled the central US with their gang during the Great Depression. The couple were ambushed and killed by law officers. Though Parker was present at a hundred or more felonies, she was not the machine gun-wielding killer portrayed in media. Gang member W.D. Jones testified he was unsure whether she'd ever fired at officers. Parker's reputation grew out of a snapshot found by police.

Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow were the anti-heroes of the depression era. Although popular history would have you believe they were truly in love, the couple's romance was rife with strife, and as it is with all who sow the seeds of violence, they died in a hail of bullets.

Clyde Barrow & Bonnie Parker
Bonnie and Clyde/ Bonnie Elizabeth Parker (October 1, 1910 – May 23, 1934) and Clyde Chestnut Barrow a.k.a. Clyde Champion Barrow (March 24, 1909 – May 23, 1934) were American outlaws and robbers from the Dallas area who traveled the central United States with their gang during the Great Depression. At times, the gang included Buck Barrow, Blanche Barrow, Raymond Hamilton, W. D. Jones, Joe Palmer, Ralph Fults, and Henry Methvin. Their exploits captured the attention of the American public during the "Public Enemy Era", between 1931 and 1935. Though known today for his dozen-or-so bank robberies, Barrow preferred to rob small stores or rural gas stations. The gang is believed to have killed at least nine police officers and several civilians. The couple were eventually ambushed and killed near the town of Sailes, Louisiana, in Bienville Parish, Louisiana, by law officers. Their reputation was revived and cemented in American pop folklore by Arthur Penn's 1967 film Bonnie and Clyde, which starred Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty as the pair. Even during their lifetimes, the couple's depiction in the press was at considerable odds with the hardscrabble reality of their life on the road—particularly in the case of Parker. Though she was present at a hundred or more felonies during her two years as Barrow's companion, she was not the machine gun-wielding killer portrayed in the newspapers, newsreels, and pulp detective magazines of the day. Gang member W.D. Jones later testified that he was unsure whether he had ever seen her fire at officers. Parker's reputation as a cigar-smoking gun moll grew out of a playful snapshot found by police at an abandoned hideout, released to the press, and published nationwide. While she did chain smoke Camel cigarettes, she was not a cigar smoker.

Bonnie Parker & Clyde Barrow, pictured here in 1933, were well-known outlaws, robbers, and criminals who traveled the Central United States with their gang during the Great Depression. The couple were eventually ambushed and killed in Louisiana by law officers.
Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow were elevated from small-time criminals to most wanted status, as both the media and law enforcement became more interested. Their lives, and deaths, are legendary in American criminal justice history.

Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow were two of America's most famous gangsters during the Great Depression. Since their deaths many people claim their ghosts still remain. The most active of these hauntings is at the site in the wooded area near where they were shot and killed in their V8 Ford “Death Car” in Louisiana. The car itself, displayed in a room at Whiskey Pete’s Casino in Primm, Nevada is also considered haunted by their ghosts, as is the Baker Hotel in Mineral Wells, Texas.
