    This is a quick little recipe that I really have no source for. It's just in my head. Jell-o probably invented it, who knows. Let's call it Orange Angel Cake, how bout that? 1) Prepare a box of angel food cake mix and pour half of it into an ungreased bundt pan. Feel free to make another cake with the other half. The cake rises so high that half of the mixture will fill the entire bundt pan. 2) After it's done baking, let it cool in the pan then use a serrated knife to shimmy it out

Pour half into ungreased bundt pan- rises high so half of mixture fills entire bundt pan.2) After it's done baking, let cool in pan,use serrated knife to shimmyout. 3) While cooling, mix 3/4 C boiling water and orange jello. stir in 1/2 C cold water. 4) Poke holes in cake every 1/2 inch about 3/4 of the way down. Pour jello mixture into the cake, letting it soak in. Refrig 3 hrs. 5) Frost with topping or glaze.

Angel Food Cake 400g icing sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 230g cake flour, sifted 12 egg whites (at room temperature) 1/3 cup warm water 1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar Whisk egg whites, water and cream of tartar. Beat in half the sugar plus salt to medium peaks. Sift and gently fold in the rest of the sugar with the flour a little at a time. Carefully spoon mixture into an ungreased tube pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 deg C. Cool upside down in the tin for an hour.
