Our twist on Sparkling Espresso with a hint of mint: 2 tablespoons Starbucks classic syrup or simple syrup, 8 sprigs of fresh mint, 2oz espresso, and sparkling water. Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add classic or simple syrup, fresh mint and espresso. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water. Serve and enjoy!
Coconut Mint Ice Cubes Recipe: Pour 1 can coconut milk into ice cube trays. Add two mint leaves to each cube. Place in the freezer. Brew one Iced Coffee K-cup pod over frozen cream cubes. There will be mint leaves in your coffee :) NOTE: If using full fat coconut cream, be sure to whisk together until well combined.
