7 BLUE BUNTINGS bluebirds. I put this photo in a weird place in Pinterest... on my POWER BEYOND US board - DdO:) - - WHY? Because God knows (literally) how much I love bluebirds of any species - finches, jays, tanagers. SO many times when I'm feeling down low low, a blue bird suddenly appears. Statistics: Too many times to be coincidence. A John 3:16 evidence that I'm one of the ALL who God dearly loves.

❂ “When I was a girl I would look out my bedroom window at the caterpillars; I envied them so much. No matter what they were before, no matter what happened to them, they could just hide away and turn into these beautiful creatures that could fly away completely untouched.”

A scruffy, young, male Blue Wren in his first molt i think. This was shot through the glass of my kitchen window. Surprised at how well it turned out considering.

Southern Carmine Bee-eaters. Carmine Bee-eaters are social birds breeding in colonies on river banks and foraging out over open country. They are attracted to bush fires and hawk around the edges; their Mandinka name (in The Gambia) means 'cousin to the fire.' This species occurs across sub-equatorial Africa.

I've been seeing an Eastern Bluebird at my feeder lately. I didn't know they'd do that!
