    crockpot - Moroccan Chicken - Tried. It was a lot of prep. It was ok, not great in my opinion. I used low salt chicken stock and boneless skinless chicken thighs. I served carrots as the side dish.

    Moroccan chicken crock pot recipe - Tried this tonight. Wow, this might be the best meal I've ever made (says my husband)! Left the lemon peel and juice out as I didn't have any and used black jumbo raisins instead of golden. Will use golden next time, I think it'll taste better.

Morroccan Chicken!!! so delicious!!! This is, without a doubt, the tastiest chicken I have ever made....I doubled the ingredients and waited to cook the chicken on the grill and let in marinate in the spices and broth for a couple of hours...I used a meat hammer on the chicken first to tenderize it too....after marinating it some with a brush on the grill I boiled the rest of the ingredients on the stove for a few minutes and strained the onion and caper mixture over the cooked chicken

Moroccan Grilled Chicken Kabobs 1 pound boneless-cut chicken, 2 T lemon juice 2 T olive oil, 1 t paprika, 1/2 t cumin, toasted and ground, 1/8 t cinnamon, 1/8 t ginger 1/4 t turmeric, 1/4 t cayenne, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, salt + pepper Marinate the chicken in the mixture of the remaining ingredients for at least 20 minutes to overnight. Skewer the chicken and grill over medium-high heat until cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Easy & Delicious. The chicken literally fell off the bone when I lifted it out of the crock pot to put on a serving platter. (PS-I threw some carrots in too, they were amazing, the kids even ate them)
