Baked eggs - i still dont know what happens to eggs when they are baked in the oven, but they take on a whole new dimension of flavor and yumminess...without the mess or fat to fry or scramble. i love baking eggs for any meal. cant believe i have gone this long in life without discovering how amazing baking an egg tastes!
Complete instruction available. Basically: After boiling eggs, peal, cut & remove yolk, then make the colors just as you would easter egg dye. A teaspoonful of cider vinegar in each glass helps. I used about 3 drops of food coloring in each glass. Take out when pastel color.thanks Tammy!!
Cream Cheese Deviled Eggs: 1 net carb Ingredients 8 hard-cooked eggs 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 tsp chives 1/4 tsp dill 1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed 3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled Not so sure about this recipe, but it is worth a try.
