me up" Lemon juice Serves 4 4 lemons 2 large clementines water (optional) fresh ginger 4 tsp agave syrup Read the instructions and start from your own juice extractor when making juice. Citrus fruits tend to cut away the rind of a sharp knife and then put in the juice extractor. This juice is also good to squeeze citrus fruits by hand. Add water to the citrus fruits, I want a bit of a kick to my juices so I am careful that I do not do not mix them with the very water, but based on your taste buds and how tart you want your lemon juice / lemon water. Cut off the rind of the ginger and grate it on the fine side of the grater, add the ginger and agave syrup to the juice. Mix and drink within 20 minutes!
