@: Disease can not happen in a body that is the proper alkaline/acidic balance (@ 80/20). All cooked foods are acidic...How much raw foods do you eat? Look at your plate, do you see 80/20 happening there? Of course, there is a lot more to health because it does include body, mind and spirit, but that is a huge place to start.
