Starting Hydrangeas from cuttings. Place your cuttings in water, at least for an hour.

Propagating hydrangeas. Put in water for an hour, then cut stalk and top off leaves. Plant in compost and water. Cover with bag (or I would use plastic bottle) and leave for 3 weeks, watering when needed. Should grow roots in the time
