-400° oven, spray muffin pan. -Partially cook bacon in frying pan (3-5mins). -Cut 3.5" bread circles, press into muffin wells. -Curl a piece of bacon around the bread -Sprinkle a small amount of cheese in center. -Crack 1 egg over bread. -Bake 15-20 mins until bacon is crispy and egg cooked to preference. -Run knife around each muffin well and pop out. -Salt and pepper.
