Brussels Sprouts with Brown Butter and Sage Serves 6-8 2 # of Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved 2 T EVOO and butter 6-8 fresh sage leaves, chopped Salt and pepper Preheat the oven to 425 F. Toss sprouts w/EVOO. Put the Brussels sprouts sliced-side down on baking sheet, and bake 10-12 mins, or until soft. While the sprouts are roasting, heat butter and sage in pan over med heat until butter is light brown 2-3 mins. Remove from oven. Toss to coat w/ mixture and season to taste.
