MY FAVORITE PLACE. BE PREPARED TO GET IN THE WATER. "Rainforest Canyon." Taken in Oneonta Gorge, Oregon. Apparently it's just a few miles east of Multnomah Falls on the historic highway. The hike is great for all ages that can walk and it's about a half mile, but straight up a river and has a cool log jam. The canyon only gets about an hour of daylight to the floor, so if you want any warmth, start the hike at 11:45-12:15ish. There's a giant waterfall at the end, with a pool you can swim in.

Columbia River Gorge, Oneonta Canyon, Oregon - Not exactly in Portland - but maybe a nice day trip to get there??

For our honeymoon, Robby and I may go on a roadtrip down the west coast from Washington to California. Stop at this little spot in Oregon? Why not!
