    Quinoa Side Dish - Veg Broth, Herbs, Garlic, Onion, Butter, Lemon Juice....Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the quinoa, and toast, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in broth, and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook for 15 minutes, or until quinoa is tender. In a bowl, toss quinoa together with garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and onion. Sprinkle with lemon juice, and serve.

    GREAT quinoa recipe... sauteed the onions and garlic before browning the quinoa and turned out perfect!

Quinoa cakes from @Whole Living . I make these at LEAST twice a month. The basic recipe is absolutely stunning, but don't be afraid to get creative. Sometimes I'll change the cheese to monterey jack and the seasonings to a more Mexican dish, and they're amazing that way, too.
