Soba Noodles with Sweet Ginger Scallion Sauce. LOVE this recipe....made it 3 times in 2 weeks. I would not recommend using all sesame oil for the sauce, since it's so strong. I use a mild oil and a dash of sesame oil. Delish!
Soy Sauce Chow Mein -this is scrumptious. I just use one soy sauce, sugar and water for the sauce, canned bean sprouts and some fresh chives. It would be heavenly with some cabbage. I also skip the cooking wine.
