Cinnamon Crumb Banana Bread: crispy on the outside and moist on the inside at 50 min. Didn't use all of the crumb topping and used a little less sugar in the bread. The extra powdered sugar on top isn't necessary.
Double Chocolate Banana Bread- delicious!! I substituted Splenda and only cooked it 45 minutes (but my oven cooks things more quickly)- if you really want more banana flavor use 4 bananas, otherwise it's kinda like chocolate cake :)
Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread. Mix 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon together. Pour 1/2 of the batter into the loaf pan and then sprinkle half, or a little more than half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture all over the batter in the pan. Add the rest of the batter, and then sprinkle the leftover cinnamon-sugar on top. Bake, and there you are!
