Such short little lives our pets have to spend with us, and they spend most of it waiting for us to come home each day. ~ John Grogan, Marley and Me

In my life I have only found one other human that I can say this about. She has been my Wife for 43+ years. Yet, I have had nine dogs in my life (one my K-9 Partner) who fit this description to a "T". You figure it out, I just don't care since I am happy. One Wife = Nine Dogs sounds like a great radio to me.

Not really true with my dogs -- coming home to a scratched up wall, a ripped up window screen, a destroyed door makes for a bad day...BUT. I still love dem.

A dog catching Nuggets. Why is this so funny lol just look at that face I am dying laughing lol

a best friend <3 A dog has no use for fancy cars, big homes, or designer clothes. A water log stick will do just fine. A dog doesn't care if your rich or poor, clever or dull, smart or dumb. Give him your heart and he'll give you his. How many people can you say that about? How many people can make you feel rare and pure and special? How many people can make you feel extraordinary?

I had a Shepherd that adopted our cat's litter. He even let them luck at his food first at mealtime.

The most important thing to have in focus are those eyes! The expression is key. Capture the expression you really want most in the painting.

♥Reminds me of Tosche, our spotless Dalmation. His spots remained on his skin under his coat of short white hair...definitely a mutation. Years ago!!!
