    Power Balls – Hunting, Fishing, Hiking Snacks - These look good. I'll try them. Captain Caffeine is always eating power bars before volleyball and I usually have the same energy bar before I run, so these might be some variety for us.

    Power Balls – Hiking Snacks ◾1 cup honey ◾1 cup nut butter (peanut, cashew, almond, sunflower seed, etc.) ◾1 cup powdered milk or protein powder ◾1/2 cup coconut flour or cocoa powder ◾1 cup brown rice flour ◾1/2 cup rolled oats, ground ◾1/2 cup wheat germ or flax meal ◾1/2 cup almond or hazelnut or pumpkin seed meal (just grind them up) mix with mix master. Make into round balls and roll in more nut flour if desired. eat as is, or bake at 325º for 5-6 minutes Will keep for a week
