Baked Chicken Taquitos Perfect use for rotisserie chicken (one of my fav foods). You can customize these to your taste by adding ingredients like black beans, different cheeses, ground beef instead of chicken...just use what you have on hand.

Baked Buffalo Chicken Taquitos I used leftover shredded buffalo chicken and didn't add the hot sauce. So good!

Pan fry these chicken taquitos for a lovely golden brown color! Rather than using bbq sauce, I'd use a creole sauce (a spicy tomato sauce with onions, green peppers, garlic and cayenne pepper)!
