Getting motivated is one of the hardest things to do if there is no inner-drive. Making healthy choices and staying fit has to be something you chose to do not for anyone else but yourself. Whether you're competitive or not, changing yourself starts by looking in the mirror.
Workout tip jar. After each workout, tip yourself $1. After 100 workouts, treat yourself to new shoes or clothes or massage... BEST IDEA EVER! :) I think I will start this tomorrow... i think i will!!!
