Best flea bath/temporary flea treatment ever! Will literally kill on contact any flea and wash ALL dirt and dead fleas away!! 200ml baby shampoo (any but johnsons is what i had in the house) 25ml pure lemon juice Mix together and label the bottle flea shampoo, once animals wet squirt a thick line down the spine and then rub/lather everywhere, can use more if needed. Rinse it all off and watch the fleas and filth of the water - shocking at how dirty your animal is!
Homemade Flea and Tick Remedy: 8 oz apple cider vinegar 4 oz warm water 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda Mix dry ingredients first then slowly add to wet as the vinegar and baking soda will react slightly. Put into spray bottle and spray pets down. Be careful not to get in pets eyes.
ONLY use this and it leaves floor spotless. (Heavy duty floor cleaner recipe: ¼ cup white vinegar 1 tablespoon liquid dish soap ¼ cup baking soda 2 gallons tap water, very warm.) It leaves everything smelling amazing.
Don't let those pesky annoying ticks stop you. Here's how with a simple homemade solution! In a spray bottle, mix 2 cups of distilled white vinegar and 1 cup of water. To make a scented solution so you do not smell like bitter vinegar all day, add 20 drops of your favorite essential oil. Eucalyptus oil peppermint and citrus oils give off a strong crisp scent that also repel ticks. spray onto clothing, skin, and hair before going outdoors. Reapply every 4 hours..worth trying!
@Barb Step 1: Mix a paste of baking soda and lemon juice. The consistency of the paste should be about that of pancake mix. Step 2: Spread the paste all along the bottom of the toilet where it meets the floor, the toilet seat, and any other area that gets a lot of over spray. Let it set for about 10-15 minutes. Step 3: When the timer expires spray the dried paste with white vinegar and let it fizzle. Once it is done fizzing wipe it up with a damp cloth. For future reference!
