    12 Tips to Drink 8 Cups a Day...I really liked this article. I don't usually have an issue drinking water each day but there are some days that I fall short. I already do some of the ones listed but I have another, drink water at restaurants, not only do you need it but it also cuts down on the cost of the meal and who doesn't need that??? :)
