    This was Great!! I changed the ingredients slightly, no mozzerella, I used parmesean, and I added Artichoke hearts and onions. Chicken Pesto Pizza 1 can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated artisan pizza crust with whole grain 1/2 cup refrigerated basil pesto (from 7-oz container) 2 cups shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese or Italian cheese blend (8 oz) 1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast 2 large plum (Roma) tomatoes, thinly sliced Fresh basil leaves, if desired

Portabello and Pesto Pizza. I'm not a huge fan of red pizza sauce, and prefer light sauce when I do order out. But using pesto instead of red sauce opens up a whole 'nuther world of nommy goodness for pizza! The blogger left off the olives, but I say, "bring 'em on!".

Shrimp Pesto Pizza spread some prepared pesto onto the dough, spread the shrimp across it, sprinkled it with mozzarella and spooned some scoops of goat cheese on top and baked it for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees, until the cheese starts to brown on the edges. And voila, cheesy, pestoy goodness.

Baked Pesto Chicken O.M.G. - This is beyond delicious! I sprinkled the chicken with some Mrs. Dash Chicken Seasoning before I put it in the pan. The sauce that this makes is to die for! I mixed it up with some rotini pasta and it was delicious. 5 big stars! Hubby said it tasted like something you would get at an Italian restaurant!
