My New Favorite Breakfast ~ OVERNIGHT COLD OATS.In a mason jar or any container I add cup of steel cut oats, cup of almond milk, and 1 scoop of my chocolate or vanilla protein powder. Stir and Seal. In the morning I just grab my jar and eat it cold.
No cook overnight chai steel cut oats. Update: apparently I don't care for steel cut oats or cardamom! The flavor was okay, just make with regular oats. The steel cut oats were too hard even after all night.
Coconut milk & banana makes a yummy French toast batter. I condensed the recipe a bit and instead of coconut milk, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla and sweetener.I just used Vanilla coconut almond milk.
