Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings: This was absolutely amazing and VERY easy to put together! I already had chicken that I had shredded in the freezer, so I just added it in the beginning with everything and it turned out amazing! My entire family loved it. I love when I find a good crock pot recipe!

I made this last night with a couple of substitutions and it was great! I used a half a bag of frozen mixed veggies and I used leftover rotisserie chicken which I waited to add during the last two hours of cooking - long enough for it to get good and hot, but not mushy. Family loved it!
