For some reason we tell ourselves (or at least I do) that it's pointless for me to exercise unless I can do it for my hour long stretch at the gym. But that's so wrong! I don't have time to workout for an hour and a half at the gym in the morning, but I CAN jump out of bed and do this, and hit the gym later. YES!!!

What to eat before and after your workout. I would recommend coconut or almond milk in place of the low-fat milk for the smoothie. Also, add in a handful of spinach or other green to make the smoothie even more powerful!

rim jumps - you hold your arm(s) above your head and jump up, reaching for an imaginary basketball hoop rim. - scissors - lunge on one side and then quickly transition into a lunge on your other leg by jumping. that is, switch legs by jumping in the air.

Quick workout to do anywhere. I really like these for stay at home work outs. But those are just kinda hard with a little dog and cat constantly nosing around me.

Sounds like a great cardio workout. Only one I'm not sure of is Mountain Climber, but I will figure it out.
