Root beer pulled pork sandwiches: +++++ Great taste; this is the first pulled pork recipe that I have succeeded at, so I'm pretty stoked. I added a couple cloves of minced garlic, a little bit of butter and two different types of BBQ sauce just to add some flavor, but I loved how sweet this was. Maybe I'll try some brown sugar next time.

I like pork butt and I can not lie. I like the idea of incorporating orange/citrus into the recipe. Should play nicely w/ the fat from the pork.
