365 Penguins by Jean-Luc Fromental, Joelle Jolivet: Early Childhood Books/Counting Books- This book would be great for older kids. The book starts by a family receiving a penguin per day in the mail. It teaches many other things besides just counting. It talks about how many days are in each month in order to keep track of how many penguins there are. Then the books starts using multiplication to talk about how much penguin food they are using.
