Camping Breakfast! 2 T melted butter; 1 roll refrigerated biscuit dough, 8 ct.; 1 c. shredded mozzarella; 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon; 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese. Preheat oven to 350 degrees brush a 9-inch cast iron skillet with melted butter. Unroll biscuits from can place into bottom of skillet. Top with slices of mozzarella cheese, bacon crumbles then shredded cheddar. Bake for 15-20 min, until cheese is melted and biscuits are cooked through. Serve warm.
Twice baked breakfast potato: butter insides, add cheese, bacon pieces, top with the egg, salt and pepper. Pop into the oven @ 350 for about 15 - 20 minutes. Keep an eye on them, don't over cook the egg. Instead of topping with ingreidents below what about spinach, tomato, and mushrooms to make it healthier? (Top with cheese, bacon, green onions and some sour cream.)
