1 cup All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1 Confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cups Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla extract


1 cup 2% milk
10 tbsp Butter
3/4 cup Buttermilk
