Lighter Pumpkin Frappe (With or Without Coffee) 1 1/2 cups coffee, frozen, partially thawed; 2 tbsp canned pumpkin; 1/2 tsp vanilla extract; 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice; 1 tsp. stevia; 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk, carton - not canned; 2 tbsp fat free whip cream; dash cinnamon. Blend everything except whip cream and cinnamon. Pour into a glass and garnish. (Click link for coffee free version)
