4-5 boneless chicken breasts, 1 can each of corn and black beans (drained), jar of salsa, lime juice and zest, black pepper. Add cream cheese in last 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
Easy & Delicious. The chicken literally fell off the bone when I lifted it out of the crock pot to put on a serving platter. (PS-I threw some carrots in too, they were amazing, the kids even ate them)
Crock Pot Chicken Corn Chowder - I've been experimenting with more slow cooker recipes and this was a yummy one! I cooked the chicken in advance and added some celery since I had it on hand. Just added more flavor!
