      Breakfast Biscuits--- 1 can refrig. buttermilk biscuit dough 1 lb. bacon 5 eggs 1/4 cup milk 3 tbsp butter, softened 10 slices Cheddar cheese Preheat oven 400 degrees F Place biscuits 2 inches apart on ungreased sheet. Bake 8 to 11 min or til golden brown. Cook bacon over med-high heat til brown. Drain & set aside. In lge bowl, beat eggs & milk. Heat a lightly oiled skillet over med heat. Scramble eggs. Open biscuits, butter, layer w eggs, bacon, & cheese.
