The idea is to choose a color and then jump in only that color as you make it to the other side:) You can also did some racing! You each chose a color and then race across! Practice balance by just walking on the outside of the circle. Practice following concept embedded ("Jump to the green circle", "tip toe to the red circle, march to the green circle" etc) and 2-step directions ("go to the blue circle and touch your nose)!

ICE BREAKER IDEA "Would You Rather..." Questions | Fun Get-To-Know-You idea for the first day of school! I did a force choice question 8 times - and then had the students predict how many different variations there could be. (2^8) We then discussed what this could represent... coin tosses, true/false tests. Great way to have fun and do math on the first day!

The problem is that the packaging will start to fall apart sooner or later and some of the cards might get lost. Transforming baby wipes containers into card came containers is a great idea because it keeps all of the card game pieces together, they stay clean and the containers are easy to stack in your game closet. -
