No cook homemade puffy paint recipe using three items you most likely have in your pantry!

finger paint: 1/4 c cornstarch 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar 1 c cold water Food coloring 1. Mix cornstarch, salt, sugar, and water in pot. Cook over low heat for about 10 min, stirring constantly. 2. The mixture will start thin, but eventually thicken. When it does, remove from heat and let it cool. 3. Once cool, divide it into small containers and add a few drops of food coloring to each.
