Easter Breakfast Casserole - This was a huge hit when I made it on Easter. Very easy to make. I used the pre-cooked bacon from Oscar Mayer and left out the peppers, but next time I will be sure to add them in.

Easy Breakfast Casserole ~ will feed INGREDIENTS: 24 oz. frozen hash browns cups), 16 oz. cubed ham, 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, 12 large eggs, 1 cup milk (I used skim), 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, cooking spray. Bake at for 1 hour.
