Lemon Ricotta Pound Cake--made this for Memorial Day Party. It was wonderful--dense, moist, not too sweet. I'll add MORE lemon zest next time (I used only 1 lemon this first time) and might also reduce oven by 25 degrees and cook 10-15 minutes longer--the outer edges got a little too brown by the time the middle was baked through. Will definitely make again.
