Leaner version: Substituted with skinless tights, no legs, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, mushrooms, pearl onions and turkey Sausage... so yummy, we didn't have leftovers for tomorrow as I hoped :(... Definitely a new favorite and took one pan :)
