Sweet Potato Casserole. It was completely gone! It was really good. I used 6 large potatoes, so I did alter it a bit. I doubled the orange juice and added two more tablespoons of butter (it was too dry), and one more tablespoon of brown sugar. Instead of mashing it, I used a handheld mixer to remove any clumps. It was quick, easy, and definitely yummy!

I had a friend try this out. Another Paula Deen recipe. She fell in love with it and is basically a side dish to most of her suppers now lol! i tried it once and was okay with it, but i also dont like bacon. I went home and made the recipe and did not add the bacon and instead used shaved chicken and i was in HEAVEN!!
