Three Olive Tapenade - Tapenade is great as a sandwich spread or on crostini with goat cheese, but it costs a fortune to buy it at the market - save, by making your own! Kalamata, large green, & California pitted olives, roasted red bells, garlic, parsley & basil, lemon juice, capers & olive oil. Easy-peasy and oh, so good.
