Three Olive Tapenade - Tapenade is great as a sandwich spread or on crostini with goat cheese, but it costs a fortune to buy it at the market - save, by making your own! Kalamata, large green, & California pitted olives, roasted red bells, garlic, parsley & basil, lemon juice, capers & olive oil. Easy-peasy and oh, so good.
Artichoke and green olive tapenade with asiago. (1-14oz can artichoke hearts, 1/2 c.gr.olives, 1/4 c.asiago cheese, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tsp. capers, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, salt & pepper. Pulse in processor.
