1 Sprig Rosemary
1 bunch Swiss chard

Canned Goods

1 cups Water or broth

Baking & Spices

1 Black pepper, Freshly ground
1/2 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

3 tbsp Olive oil


1/2 cup Sun sliced dried tomatoes
